It's apparent to anyone with a brain transgenderism is mental illness. In the case of a male, they're fetishists who get aroused at the thought of cross dressing and imagining themselves as women, likely autistic and have other mental health issues.

In the case of a female becoming trans, they're usually lesbians with a lot of internalised homophobia and not living up to feminine ideals so "transition" to a man try and escape womanhood.
