Starts kicking in 3 days in you really start feeling good 1 week in. Crazy perpetual good feeling. Felt like I was 16. Extreme mental clarity 0 anxiety 0 bone pain wart on my hand disappeared, ptsd nearly vanished -thoughts would still come but none of the pain a lot more level headed in processing it.

I would drive by Wendy’s drive thrus and just shake my head in sadness at what everyone’s missing out on. Sugar cravings way down can be replaced with keto snacks.

Add intermittent fasting too.

Every morning lemon juice + water + electrolytes + wheatgrass juice powder... tastes fukking great boys.

Never felt nearly as good in a long time on any other diet or any amount of exercise.

Sounds like way more effort than just choosing not to have mental health issues any more
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

That doesn’t make him a cuck or broscientist. He’s taught at Harvard.

Mds just push pills. Basically glorified salesman. So many people sacrifice the opportunity to benefit from so much because the media suggests the source of the info is untrustworthy. A professional tag besides someone’s name doesn’t mean they’re giving the best advice.

Mds literally prescribe pills based off questionnaires just fukn lol. I’d rather try keto
