I have these bad neighbors. They have lived here for about 8 months I think. I have lived in this house for 3 years. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood until they moved in. Since they can do whatever they want I was wondering if I can do things too to get them to leave. I think they are renters.

One idea I have is to buy mannequins and put them near my window where they park on my property line and walk in my yard every day to get into their truck. I was thinking about putting steak knives into the eyes of the mannequins and maybe some knives stuck into their heads and to put bras on them.

I was also thinking about putting tin foil up in the other window that faces their house with a no trespassing sign in the window.

Also might blast music every time they go out and do their door slamming **** from now on.


Any other ideas?

My other threads people were saying there is nothing I can do and to just move away. I guess its not illegal to slam car and truck doors a million times and walk in my yard and scream at each other at midnight. Here was my first recording I have made to document them:

I had some crackheads that lived in a house behind me, and as soon as it came up for sale I bought it, kicked out the crackheads and tore the house down for the view.

The yard thing is easy. Just get one of those deer repellant sprinklers with a motion sensor.

It's called a fence, build it.

They drive in my yard. Stand in my yard next to my window and talk for hours. Yell at each other outside. Repeatedly slam truck / car doors right next to my window. Like they do it on purpose to make as much noise as possible. They hang rugs that stink really bad over top of my fence. They have 4 cars that are always coming and going and they park in a way that if one in front has to leave they gotta re arrange the cars. They are just loud as fuk. They go out to their vehicles a few times per hour every single hour and start slamming their car doors. Idk what the fuk they are doing. They noise is loud and its so loud I feel it thump in my chest.

It sounds like I live in a fukin apartment or townhouse or something but these people's house is like 20-30 feet away. But they park right on my property line

Seriously though, have you tried talking to them, and then possibly escalating to reporting a noise violation? "Ideas to make new neighbor move" sounds sketchy and putting steak knives into the eyes of mannequins and maybe some knives stuck into their heads and to put bras on them sounds a little extra.

There is an ordinance that doesn't allow residential properties to have a fence that passes the furthest point of the front of the house.

I am saving money to buy land in the forest. Acres of land. I am not gonna keep skipping around trying to escape these people. Everything was fine here until they moved in like 8 months ago and first thing they did was bang on my door wanting to borrow my lawn mower and wouldn't take no for an answer so I had to just close the door because they wouldn't stop trying to convince me.

If you were to talk to them it might get you somewhere, although maybe not. And if it doesn't, there are other legal ways of handling disputes that don't involve steak knives and mannequins.

Gotcha. I'm all for saving money and living inexpensively, but some things are just unacceptable. Living in the conditions you describe with crack heads and loud ghetto people shouldn't even be an option. Like not even on your radar. Going by your threads, you're going to either have a heart attack from the stress or get attacked by one of these misfits before you can even save enough money to buy your land.

The possible outcomes that are bad outweigh the only one good outcome of them stop being violent and noisy.

I go talk to them

1.) They act like normal people and say sorry and they start being quiet
2.) they get mad and get violent with me
3.) they pretend to be sorry but they now know it bothers me so they get even worse because they get pleasure from knowing it bothers me
4.) they don't change at all and if I ever do call the cops on them they will know it was me and they might get revenge and call up people to slash my tires or do worse in the middle of the night

Idk why people think these type of people are receptive to a normal conversation about their behavior being not right in a society. These people are not normal. No normal person goes outside and beats their shared girlfriend and then slams their truck door 30 times in a row and screams outside someone's window. These people are not the type to be reasoned with and idk why people can't understand why it would be a bad idea to try. I have tried before with these types.

Only thing I would advise is doing yardwork as early as legally possible, and loudly. I had terrible neighbors for years (more like ongoing minor nuisances) and I can tell you trying to be rational doesn't work.

Buy some liquid ass and find a way to get it in their ventilation.
