I was so fuking wasted. Ate some food, took a very, very massive chit and now feel fairly good.

This thread is me praying in a very real way.

I believe in balance. Balance in mind, body and spirit. I have lost that. Since losing it I have done some very stupid chit.

One thing that I found as a true outlet is this place. When I am unbalanced I come here and just unload my absolute worst.

I freely admit I do erase threads and posts I have made here. Probably erased thousands. This is my outlet. This is how I pray. Tomorrow, I am ashamed, yes this is true but i didn't ful up real relationships you know?

Am I proud of this? No of course not. But in a time of relapse, I need to tug the chain that keeps me afloat and this chain has always been there for me.

If you truly wanted to sober up you wouldn’t delete these threads and then repeat the process over and over. You’d leave them up so you can see just how pathetic it is.
