Rate lunch/10, broiled cod edition (pics)

Miso broiled cod
White rice with Furikake
Sauteed greens

Marinated a few pounds of cod in White Miso and Sake with a pinch of sugar for 3 days.

Split the rest up into packs of 2 and vacuum sealed them so I've got 5 more of these lined up.

The cod and rice is insane. The greens are whatever flavorwise but it's always good to get reckless amounts of veg in.

could go for some baked haddock tonight.

Just add some bread crumbs and add lemon after it is done. Side of cous cous would be nice

This is an asian flavor, but yeah hard to argue with baked haddock with buttery crumbs. I had a smoked haddock fish n chip in Fife Scotland that might be the best fried fish I've ever eaten. Man it was so good.

Would eat/10. Love cod, only thing I don’t like about cod is the amount of water it holds. But that meal looks like a common one I eat. Fish, rice and some greens.

That's why I like the thinner pieces of cod tbh. Easy to cook thru without drying out.
