Oh well I have snacks throughout a day but my three main foods would be

Eggs with bacon and cheese
Chicken and rice
Trout and sweet potatoes

Those would be my three biggest meals in a day

Pissening.

Considering that most of the world used the excuse of lockdowns to justify themselves becoming fat slobs you did much better than most. Now the you're back in the gym develope a solid routine and make sure you stay consistent. Consistency and diet are key boyo

There used to be a thread on here about how to carry yourself to look better in pics and all.
We usually try to roll our shoulders forward and hunch a bit because the thought is your abs look better but we look 77.36% better by standing up straight and rolling your shoulders back slightly. Traps stand taller, chest looks broader and abs actually look better too.
It’s the little things brah.
And if you wanna go all hardy remember he’s a few inches shorter and had digital chit added in. He also constantly flexes his traps to appear bigger lol (see Warrior)

Either way, ever forward dude. Eat excess protein and stick with it.

Thx and yes I always say there are 4 factors that are important in building a great physique
1. Working out PROPERLY
2. Eating right
3. Sleep
4. Consistency

And I'll be back in the gym on 21st, thats when gyms will be open again. Until then, calisthenics and one dumbell at home. What else can I tell you

Lol yeah Tom is pretty short but he did go all out for that role of Bane and yeah in Warrior he looked absolutely better more ripped. I love the diet Im taking now but I'll be switching a little bit because I really cant stick with one diet throught this whole bulking process I cant imagine eating one thing every single day its impossible so I already made a few changes

Lol about 4 years ago when I literally first time stepped into gym I ate absolute garbage food I gained so much weight and like about 80 percent was fat because obviously it was a garbage diet but I also didnt train properly and didnt really push myself to my limits at the gym. This time Im making a 180 and trying to do everything right. Well... with this covid **** going on its frustrating to say the least.
