canada is a **** country cause vancouver and toronto are the only two cities worth anything but are absolute garbage compared to other major cities in the world

Asians are excellent at saving money. And just so you know, China has way more old money than the US, which is only around 200 years old(because yall stole the land)

They buy houses in Cucknada because it may be a safe haven if anything is to happen in their home country. Its more like a vacation home. And also, because they have the money to do so.

China doesn't have the social problems like America because you guys didn't do things properly from the start. Yall stole the land and resources. That is why the US is erroding from the insides. These foundational problems of the mind are showing up with time.

Asians buying up real estate just hit my city (Ottawa). Because prices here were relatively low compared to the GTA now they are invading in packs, overbidding by 100k on properties and then renting them out by the dozens or Air BnB takes over. Apparently you need a translator as a real estate agent now.

We finally laid the hammer down on AirBnB but they need to really jack up a foreign investor tax on home buying or the housing prices will continue to soar because these people don't care if they overpay for a property, they just want a way to launder money.

Nightmare. A FI tax of >100% should go towards subsidizing housing for citizens.

Once they get rich they will also become soft - it is human nature not white people nature.

Examples show what I have already said - yes, old money, for communist party nut huggers who embezzle it. Most of it is laundering money AND nothing would happen apart from the gov turning on them or their circle - it has happened to some promiment Chinese businessmen over the years. Literally cookie-cutter post-comm dev just like in my home country (which btw, like most of Europe has not taken **** lol).

I don't know anything about money embezzlement. Don't worry though, once I rise to power, I will bring the down ban hammer on these *******s. But thats after I take care of the American't military.

BTW, I don't live in China. I got displaced to the US because of the Vietnam War. These *******s ruin everything they touch. But the good thing about it, is that I learned a lot. And it has shaped my leadership differently than if I were to have grown up in Asia.

The real reason is because property is absurdly expensive in China, not because they don't have that infrastructure here. I live in a big city but nowhere near as expensive as cities like Beijing, Shenzhen or Shanghai and a 50 square meter apartment in not even the most expensive part of town costs approximately 250 grand, legit ridiculous. The only people that live in actual "houses" (in urban metropolises) like what we're used to in the West are ultra millionaires (or they rent or they took out a huge 30 year loan) or people living in the country side living in little ****hole houses.
