Hi I'm new here and just wanted to introduce myself...kind of lonely tonight srs
I kind of stumbled onto this place because I was looking for a workout plan to get rid of some excess weight
I'm 5'5" but embarrassed that I'm almost 140 pounds after last weekend
Anyways I hope to make friends here and hopefully get some tips on how to get in shape again

Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.

Calories in vs calories out. As long as you aren't take in as much as you are buring, you'll drop pounds.
Determining the calorie amount you need to make your maximum, it's kind of difficult math bases on bra size. So tell us your bra size to determine your calorie goals. Including pics will really let us pin point your exact numbers.

Serious question, whenever I get really depressed I eat...junk food...and always feel guilty afterwards but obviously too late at that point
How do men resist this depression binge eating? I think that is my problem tbh, seriously

You're in for a lot more than a physical makeover.
