Traps look best when they slope at the bottom and top and are proportionate on both sides. Goldberg has huge traps but they're too far down his neck, lopsided and jumps up suddenly from his collarbone.

Hard to say ideal, but Arnold had great insertions. So does Tom Hardy. They're not as big but if we're talking about best traps ever I think Goldberg should be automatically disqualified due to everything I listed.

an actual lifter/competitor when you mention "best traps" would want a picture from the back. The Traps are actually the big ass muscles that run down the center of the back.
