quick reminder for rinsecells

I was sober for 14 days and felt great


slept like a baby every night (fell asleep in legit 5 min or less)

very few feelings if any of anxiety or depression

more productive during work

better workouts / lifts

overall happier, more confident, decisive and clearheaded



yesterday I had two double IPAs and today I had three — already feeling like dogchit



Obviously alcohol and drugs affect everyone differently; but in every single one of these threads I see people asking “did you notice any difference when you stopped drinking”. The answer is a resounding yes (ded fkn Srs)

same here bro. I had to quit. Had a few shots of vodka last night for the first time in a while. Woke up feeling turrible, just turrible. Back to the clean life

Yup taking the next couple of weekends off drinking. Been drinking a lot past month on the weekends...Liquor too. My sleep would be so fuarked even into Monday and Tuesday, and mind fog.

Might just rinse on new years prob sip a bit on Xmas, but OP is right. Sleep quality increases, and you feel mental clarity.....at least for me it did.

Get on my alcoholism level and you won't be sleeping like a baby without alcohol in even months. You are right about feeling better when you don't drink.

If you are like me and have the budget to party hard, I can understand where you are coming from. I recommend not drinking anymore and cutting out as many substances as you can. It’s all about cleaning out the house and body.

VO2 Maxxing could be something to tide you over, brother.

Also trail running and getting close to the nitty gritty side of the outdoors. Ded fkn srs
