For many months during the main lockdowns I went the longest time without getting laid since losing virginity, had to break up with a girl I was dating, bloatmaxxed to the highest bf% I’ve ever been, couldn’t see any friends and I’m very extroverted, went out of therapy. Long story short I was very depressed and chit felt hopeless.

Ofc life isn’t back to normal yet but for me I’ve just come to terms with that part and I think that’s the only real way.

Reconnected with old friends who I see almost daily, back into lifting consistently, back in therapy and seeing a girl tomorrow who I dated for a couple years and should have never broken up with. Essentially this whole chit has made me realize how important focusing on the long term is. I’m in a very good mood for a Sunday night hence this thread (srs) and to balance out some of the incelation
