Tradies are next

ded fkin Srs (shoutout to RealLifeAlpha)

Officecels have already been cucked by feminists with their HR, political correctness and whatever mandatory woke trainings these *******s have to complete.

Misc thought tradies would always be safe, but not in 2021 boyos. The feminists are infiltrating trades, starting with the "softer" fun ones (tree climbing in this case).

I'm in a ******** group for arborists and there has never been a woke post, just people talking chit, sharing funny videos and new tech updates in the field. Until the other day..

The name of the group is in french and so our job titles are either masculine or feminine. Anyway the name of the group has "Elagueur", which is a general term for people in the trade, however it is masculine.

Because of this, some chick posted in the group asking to change its name to something more inclusive in the name of feminism. Obviously she got a huge support from cucks and horny dudes thinking with their dinks. I personally don't care either way, I thought it was a ridiculous, but not unreasonable, request and the fact that it sparked a debate was even funnier.

Maybe some one can explain to me how this is a useful change? I'd like to understand why changing something so trivial is so important, are words really this important to some people?

Pic of the post, I chopped the paragraph cause I can't be arsed to translate the whole thing.
Spoiler!

Some comments :
Be an ally brah
Spoiler!

So amusing the misogyny
Spoiler!

You NEED to listen to women boyo
Spoiler!

And finally when the admin (sole admin) of the group told the people to get bent (politely) she moved the goal post :
Translation : Could we at least add a female admin or moderator? I think it would make a good compromise.
Spoiler!

Watch out for infiltrators tradie brahs

For your time

I agree. It isn't uncommon to see women working in the trades.

The field is absolutely brutal when you throw in safety.

No escaping this chit.

Chit, without a doubt. I've worked with some tiny women, couldn't be more than 5'4, that would run circles around most of gen pop's males.

Yep, granted this is just on a social media group though. I haven't seen this chit being pushed yet in the field, via meetings or whatever.

Though a few of them are vocal about their inclusivity, most of them feel welcome... for now.

I see it all the time when I'm out there.

A lot of white women working as electricians, and a lot of Mexican women doing drywall and sheet metal work.

No, tradeswomen will never happen in a million years. MAYBE management, but that's about it. Any women working in the construction industry are in the office doing paper work, they won't be working outside in the hot or cold. They won't be on rooftops or ladders.

Trades is one of the last standing groups for men. If that falls it's truly over. I don't know why women want to work trades anyway, are they that desperate to get attention from fat hairy men?

Who knows boyo, hopefully you are right that there will remain fields of work untouched, but like the guy above said, they are joining the industries more and more. I saw a commercial the other day that was promoting trades in my province, and the person running the ad was a woman working in construction, hard hat and all.

Idk how harder roofing or construction is instead of being in a tree climbing crew, but there is an increasing number of them in this field, despite the difficulty of the job. When I was doing forest surveying, I'd say 30% of the workers were women (granted it's just walking around collecting data, but still).

I've been seeing more and more female mechanics and welders as well. Don't get me wrong, I have absolutely no problem with women in the trades, as long as they keep their PC bullchit at the door and don't cause issues within the crews.

The ones I've worked with so far were all chill and were never the cause of any drama.

I see a vague point. But then if men substantially still outnumber women there i dont see why it would have to be switched

Think its hot to see women tradies. Its not even the work or anything..just the fact that theyre busting their butt and not complaining

I was at this convention last year where a woman was on stage sounding angry and complaining about how women are treated on the field. Something something, cover up the top of the porta john so tradeswomen can have privacy....Honestly I've never seen a woman in the field and I've been to several sites. Women aren't joining trades anytime soon.

Ultimately dudes just need to stop giving them attention and stop simping. A million women could go into trades, if dudes stopped giving them attention it wouldn't be bad, but most can't help but flirt or smash on the job.

Ahh I see, fair enough. Maybe my observations just have to do with location.

You're 100% right about the attention though. The biggest simp I have seen in the workforce was when I was working at a tree nursery. There was one chick in a crew of 6, she had taken off her boots for lunch and some ******* sat down at her feet, she was in the van, and started massaging her feet.

There are the odd posters up on the wall with women on them but that’s all I have seen by way of feminism/HR liberal ****. No one not even main contractor management gives a ****.

Managers still talk like the rest of us and have the same attitude to political correctness as the workers.

We swear and are racist and sexist every day. Loudly.

I’ll tell you a story, one guy who was agency attached to our firm was Albanian and one guy was giving him loads of stick so he wrote an Email to the manager saying that be called him a foreign **** etc

The manager when talking to the foreman just said so what he is a foreign **** lol

Guess who got sacked. The Albanian. Ffs lol

Trades work is not suited to women. They don’t want to get hot and cold and dirty and achey and share a site with a bunch of boorish men and who can blame them. Trades truly are the final frontier that will never be breached.
yea. i saw one that was an assistant technical director. so it wasn't necessarily her job. but she was helping a few people out that needed to construct something off of the stage. and reading blue prints. would grab the drill.. nothing super heavy but it was still hot cause she didn't complain at all about any of it. prob a 7 or 8 out of 10 depending on how she did herself up

then i worked with one company that had a bish doing it. granted, she was fat. she looked like one of those girls that would actually be hot if she lost weight

so, yea, i think its still an extremely small % but i could see a few women being into it

Seems like a sick manager to have lmao. My manager when I was on the crew was similar.

You just sold me on the industry haha.

Like I told you in PM, I'm in school for a B.Sc. in forest management and I'm now learning from a few teachers and a few professionals I have spoken with, that most management jobs in forestry are building relationships, negotiating, politics, meetings and THEN planning of operations, especially on crown land. FML.

If I decide to go through with it, I'll have to find a private firm that is non PC.

There's a lot of relationship-related chit on this side of things too but it's probably in the opposite direction, you need to be non PC to fit in. It's stuffier in the Engineering and Client offices, but the field is an ultra non PC environment

Yup in the trades you gotta be tough, if you can't take a joke you won't make it. There's some crazy dudes in the trades, one of the Superintendents was just telling me about the sites guy not too long ago. I like the nature of the work, feels good I can talk **** anytime I want and everybody just laugh

Trades really is the final frontier that will never be broken through. The nature of the work and guys not giving a **** will keep 99% of women away. And I highly doubt dudes will get fired for opening their mouth, no way a Contractor is firing their best guys who get the job done.

The only women I see in trades are the safety whores who never leave you the fuk alone.

That being said, there isn't a chance of that ever happening. Even with the current fellating push to move women into the industry, they drop out after a month at most.
