I don't care, you probably have more rolls on your body than at a dinner buffet.

Yeah. I remember there being exercises in it. Stuff like having you say YES to anything anyone asks of you for a week and say No in the next. I really liked it and I think I finished reading through in one day.
Read it back in 2013 though.
Would recommend especially to Nice guys, "SIMPs", and men raised by a single mother.

I don't blow people off who ask for favors, because I know the person will return the favor at some point. But if someone continually asked for a favor and then never gave something in return I'd be pretty tight. Your sister could bring over a bottle of booze, maybe dinner, maybe get you a small gift, but she's just using you and not returning anything, seems selfish.

"Because the thing about repairing, maintaining, and cleaning is it’s not an adventure. There’s no way to do it so wrong you might die. It’s just work. And the bottom line is, some people are okay going to work, and some people … well, some people would rather die. Each of us gets to choose.”

Family and close friends? I always help.

Randoms? Depends on the situation.

Anyone who does anything otherwise is a beta (srs).

You should also donate your time to a charity if you find you aren't helping people around you, the positive impact of helping others goes a long way.
I feel like this is why so many people are depressed nowadays, society used to be about helping each other out to survive up until literally 50 years ago and now everything is catered to us.
