It's your house. If you don't like her vaping for whatever reason you tell her. Even if you want to be a nice guy tell her to only do it in her room. Otherwise you're just getting walked over.

My gf vapes but hardly at all so I don't care if she vapes in the house. Her daughter (16yo) vapes and so does friend she's always with but they are constantly on their vape pens and I didn't care. When they stay over they usually stay in the basement and I noticed this smell and couldn't figure it out at first but yeah, it's from their vaping. No, it's nothing like smoke, but it does have an effect. Then again it's not as bad as someone who wears cheap perfume. I also smell the bath and bodyworks fruity sprays they are constantly bathing in but the vape is different, maybe because of the nicotine I don't know.

I don't smoke anything, but some of my friends are vapecels and some of the flavors actually smell good to me. I don't mind it compared to weed or cigs

If girls think vaping is badass, then I'm loling.

Also, girls just say random nonsense and need to be ignored. If you went out and got tats and showed them to the same girl she would probably hate you for doing what she said.

Or she'd be like, well...you should have gotten this or that kind of tat, or I know a guy who does them better, or whatever.

I vape my medical cannabis inside. Doesn't do anything. Wife has asthma, but even if she didn't I wouldn't smoke inside. I don't smoke cigarettes or vape nicotine though.
