Let's do a hypothetical. Imagine you were born in an isolated tribe in the rainforest. No religion. In this case no one would ever think to cut penises up.

Well it just so happens the above life is just how we exist in any areas that aren't Islamic, Jewish or American. The rest of the world don't cut off parts of their penis. Anteater dinks are actually the norm.
