Amazon sent me an apparently used mattress

Decided to upgrade to a kingsize. Placed the order 3 weeks ago.
Finally it arrived today, without the box! Tf is this?

I contacted amazon, but they wouldn't even let me keep it for free.
They want this pos back. So now i have to call UPS and have them come for pick up and do all this chit without any compensation for waiting all this time.
My jimmies are rustled.

Probably this. Although from all the pictures i've seen, it's supposed to come in a box with a white cover, have some promotional/instructional flyers in it etc.
Although the mattress itself is probably not used, since it's still sealed.
There's no guarantee this is the actual brand that i ordered, unless i open it.

I already told customer support i didn't unpack it so they want it back. Just gotta go through the whole process now.

try another customer support rep. Depending on how much it was... they might just fuk around and refund you and let you keep it.

I did but they all say the same crap.
They want me to send it back, but no carrier will accept a 60 lbs item without a box.
So they keep telling me that it's up to me to find a carrier that will let me ship it to them without a box. Like it's my problem now despite their screw up.

I'm just going to keep pestering them. Either they let me keep it, or they come pick it up.
Since it's $250, they're being extra persistent.
