a loud, mouthed disrespectful hood rat who is in PJ's and having her kid pick up the order at the restaurant and drop it off at your door instead of doing it herself?REPORT (they're not allowed to be having passengers in the vehicle, kids or not)

not wearing a mask when picking up orders at the restaurant or dropping off to customers?REPORT

the driver's car is filthy and noticeably unsanitary?REPORT

the driver is rude to restaurant staff undeservingly or rude to you?REPORT



... platforms like DD and Uber Eats attract a lot of ingrates who have no customer service or logical thinking skills. (not all are like that)

true, it's a rip off but they can come in handy sometimes. especially for people who work from home and don't want to leave home because covid or whatever. it can be a bad habit if you get used to it.

I always use contactless delivery where they drop it off at my office door. How will I know any of the above.

As long as all my food is there and it's packaged away nicely without looking like it's been tampered with I'm a happy camper.

Even then, I'd rather call the restaurant directly and give them the extra money instead of some big company like uber. Bonus points: the driver is less likely to be a scumbag since he'd have to go through the hiring process.

Had a guy obviously delivering for more than one place. Collected my food and then proceeded to drive fifteen minutes away to obviously drop off another order, then circled back and dropped off mine when it was already cold. I reported him and deleted his tip.

thats why im nervous about ordering using those services....and after seeing that pic of the uber eats driver taking a chit with the food box sitting on the floor..smh.

At least regualr delivery drivers, you have to show up and interact with the manager to get hired

I’m gonna try to cut down on my use of the food courier services cause I need to save some money.

But y’know what absolutely drives me insane and annoys the chit out of me.

Is when these bastards pickup your food and just leave it at your door stop without even knocking, texting, ringing, nothing.

Boom hour passes wondering my food never showed up

Brb driver never made any attempt to inform the customer the order had arrived.

You know they do that crap on purpose too

could be using 2 different aps to do multiple orders, guess it depends on your area. if you live in a small town and there aren't many drivers late at night or something could be the same ap giving him 2 orders at once because the two restaurants were close to each other

I knew this is what he was doing, but he could have driven to my place in five minutes (I was way closer to the restaurant) and dropped my order then gone to the other place. Instead he made me wait an extra half hour. Probably not even knowing I was watching his vehicle drive to another part of the area like an idiot.
