What preworkout do you all use?

Coffee is just not doing it for me anymore...would need to drink 3 cups to get a good caffeine boost and at that point I am jittery as hell/my stomach is destroyed. What are some good brands right now? I’ve never taken preworkout; is there a noticeable difference from just coffee-based caffeine (does it feel different)? How bad is it for overall health?

Coffee.

Anything different is more about convenience, ritual, and flavor than results.

I used to be in the same boat but it either destroys my gut and gives me a chitty workout (literally chitty) or gives me bad jitters by the time I drink enough

I use to prefer heavy stim pre workouts, but now I just take Super Swole (pump product) and a 200mg caffeine capsule.
Imagine you're trying to jam your pork sword into some braindead sorostitute's meat wallet that night. You think you can just walk away from that?

Legion Pulse. There is no proprietary blend so you know everything going into it. Works great for me and I only use 1 scoop vs. the serving size of 2 scoops.
