numbers do indicate that it has affected black people in terms of number of cases, possibly outcome on a per 100,000 person basis but I think that has a lot to do with black people living in more densely populated areas rather than rural farmlands and them having higher obesity rates.

there are a ton of reasons. More black people tend to not have insurance also. There is a bias against black people in medicine. Also, black people have higher rates of obesity, diabetes, heart disease and hypertension. All are comorbidities for covid deaths but you ONLY hear about anythign that can be linked with racism. You can place ANYTHING that has to do with accountability

So just say that you identify as black on the form. There’s no system that verifies whether someone is black or not. Probably coming down the pipeline though.
