This is what happens when a Miscer picks a fight with a legit martial artist

This is what happens when dumb miscers that think just because they are big and can squat/deadlift/bench x amount and have no fighting skill that they can fight a professional fighter(be it a mma, boxer, BJj or judo guy)

Just lol at realising that all your precious muscles being built up by celltech and hypertrophy training get thrown out the window when some martial artist beats the living chit out of you.

Someone who gets paid to fight with years of training will beat an amateur.
No chit.

Size matters a lot though, which is why there are weight divisions. Your average 220 pound gym bro, would wreck the average 150 pound guy off the street

These kinds of threads used to annoy me because I didn't think most bodybuilders or powerlifters were running around claiming they could phuck up some martial artist in his own sport.

But then there was some thread about bareknuckle boxing Floyd Mayweather and the overwhelming consensus was 'I would KO that little ******* in 10 seconds hurr durr weight classes exist for a reason,' so now I support these threads being made as frequently as possible.

Size matters when you know what to do.

Just tired of most miscers thinking they can outbox a professional fighter because they squat x amount

99.99% of miscers are not the mountain.

Put the mountain against someone in his weight category like fedor and he’s get wrecked

Let's watch together, misc. I'm actually interested in seeing how this goes.

Cliffs:
- There are some weird rules here obv: no gloves, no srs striking (no kicks whatsoever), maybe even no takedowns?
- McGregor gases The Mountain and the latter resigns.
- Don't think this is representative of what the real fight would look like.

Obviously there is a vast difference in size. That is an extreme case.

Once again, 99.99% of miscers and the worlds population are not the mountain.

Agree, you're using a literal 75kg twink against a 205kg strongman under extremely controlled conditions where the fight was of course going to come down to whose cardio was better.

Lol @ thinking size doesnt matter though. I'm in maybe the top 3 MT gyms in the US, has had multiple (3+) ufc fighters, ONE FC, etc all kinds of fighters, come out of here.

There was once this dude whose been training for a year or so, 6ft maybe 6ft 2, 180-200 lbs, going against a BW fighters thats in the UFC, and he was owning this guy in the UFC whose been training for 10+ years. Eventually UFC brah starts going as hard as he can in whats suppose to be sparring, while 6ft brah was still not even going 100% and he was getting the better of him by just jabbing because UFC brah couldnt get in range.

Eventually UFC brah makes a scene and straight up walks out of the gym pissed off.

So yeah, there you have it. With a big enough size difference, 1 yr of training and maybe 1 pro fight vs multiple pro fights and in the UFC, is enough of a difference to trump all of that experience.
I have no reason to lie mate. small UFC pro vs big guy on the street -> 99% chance UFC brah wins.

small UFC pro vs guy who has 50+lbs on him whose trained solidly on his fundamentals -> big guy wins.

I can show you a video on IG of some coach getting thrown around by a novice just because the novice is way bigger than him and slightly trained

Pick exactly one.

Spoiler!
What the **** did you just ****ing say about me, you little bitch? I'll have you know I graduated top of my class in the Navy Seals, and I've been involved in numerous secret raids on Al-Quaeda, and I have over 300 confirmed kills. I am trained in gorilla warfare and I'm the top sniper in the entire US armed forces. You are nothing to me but just another target. I will wipe you the **** out with precision the likes of which has never been seen before on this Earth, mark my ****ing words. You think you can get away with saying that **** to me over the Internet? Think again, ****er. As we speak I am contacting my secret network of spies across the USA and your IP is being traced right now so you better prepare for the storm, maggot. The storm that wipes out the pathetic little thing you call your life. You're ****ing dead, kid. I can be anywhere, anytime, and I can kill you in over seven hundred ways, and that's just with my bare hands. Not only am I extensively trained in unarmed combat, but I have access to the entire arsenal of the United States Marine Corps and I will use it to its full extent to wipe your miserable ass off the face of the continent, you little ****. If only you could have known what unholy retribution your little "clever" comment was about to bring down upon you, maybe you would have held your ****ing tongue. But you couldn't, you didn't, and now you're paying the price, you goddamn idiot. I will **** fury all over you and you will drown in it. You're ****ing dead, kiddo.

Of course they matter.

Problem is misc *******s think that they have some size they can fight people who know how to fight and will likely end up dead.

The amount of people that think training with weights will somehow make them stronger at anything else is too damn high.

Specificity is the name of the game.

It’s funny how mcgregor was willing to get into the ring with mayweather where there was a wide gap in technique. But he was only willing to fool around with thor and wasn’t willing to fight him for real.

That doesn't mean anything nessesarily. McGregor got paid bigtime for fighting Mayweather, I imagine if similar stakes were put in front of him he might consider going for it against The Mountain too.

Anyway, as they always do, this thread is just going to devolve into everyone digging into their position and posting corner cases to prove their point, so allow me to begin-- anyone remember when UFC was all about weird-azz match ups like UFC 3 Keith Hackney (Kenpo) vs Emmanuel Yarborough (Sumo).

Let me guess, you see yourself as the martial arts expert because you watch these videos.

Equally as annoying as people who think big muscles equal fighting skills.
