Standing Desks recommendations

Doesn't feel good sitting for 8 hours straight so im thinking to buy an electric dual motor standing desk. Does anyone have brand recommendations?

Autonomous desk or you could make your own like I did.

I purchased the parts for Suspa.

Its worth it if you do a lot of computer work.

Mine came out around $1.2K but can lift 550 pounds and I can place guns and stuff on it and bring it up to full height or sit down when detailing them.

It might be, you would have to examine the parts and how many cycles it can sustain before replacing seals. Mine is industrial grade so it can literally do millions of cycles, more than I'll survive anyway

One nice thing about electric is some have memory switches so you can save multiple heights

Yeah not sure how long it will last, but I’ve had it a couple years now.

Got it a few years ago for $150. Wish it went a little higher but it might work out for you depending height of you and the desk you'd put it on.

I’ve been meaning to do this for a 2-3 years now (lol) just lazy and never got started. How much were just the legs and how was that brand?

I used a butcher block for the surface 3'x6'x2"
The legs were about 800, got some extruded aluminum Lflanges from a structural company that are 3/8" solid aluminum and then bolted and drilled it all up with stainless hardware.

One reason I went with this company was that it can go 48" tall, if I was a manlet Iwould just get an off the shelf product from Costco
