In D standard and a little out of tune, but here you go. I showed the shapes at the end, only two for the main section.

Chords:
E minor (A&D strings on second fret)
Don't even know the name (E&G strings on second fret)

Thanks brah. I am largely self taught, can't really read the chords.

Check: (not really Carlos Santana here pls no judge)

Nice man, you pretty much got it. I like to strum all the open chords once or twice between chord changes.

'Self-taught' too. I use a lot of online resources to learn songs, find different exercises and learn some basic music theory. Don't think anyone here will judge you. A bunch of miscers play/are learning guitar. Just stick with it. I'm not great but I've improved a lot since I started two years ago.

As for tabs:

His channel is a great resource. He has an entire beginner's practice course you can go through, and it's all free on youtube. Check it out.

Taking private lessons was the best decision I ever made but my progress is stunted because I’m too lazy to practice
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

Keep at it brah. I'm self taught as well and couldn't play anything more than a G D C until I was 25. Once you "get it" with strumming things become much, much easier. I spent like 3 hours yesterday afternoon looking up country songs and jamming out with my father in law while my toddler napped and my wife ran errands.

I'm not very good but I can play rhythm and keep the beat which is all I ever really wanted to do anyway

Lot of you brahs need to work on strumming. Looking a little "robo-tronic" in the words of Jack Black. Gotta loosen it up. Otherwise, good thread.
