do you guys wear short or long sleeve shirts at work?

usually wear short sleeves but lately been thinking about changing it up to long sleeves full time. maybe its a bit hotter in summer but seems more professional.

Neigh ... prefer rollintg my Sleeves up tbh, it looks way more Alpha (as wearing Short Sleeves seems like your too much of a try-hard)!!

yeah rolled up sleeves look hard af but usually ruins the forearm part of the sleeve after a few weeks. plus you better have big forearms otherwise it looks goofy

I don't have to don Shirts/be Formal but I have enough Shirts to avoid such situations (and repair any mess)
