In all seriousness probably right now. At 30 I feel so cringe at how dumb I was even at 26-27.

37 and the older I get the more I realize how incomplete I am.

Is maturity being responsible and paying bills? If that’s all it is then sure, I’m that.

Is maturity developing into a knowledgeable, well rounded and balanced person? I feel like that’s the type of thing you pursue your entire life.

I know that every year I will feel more mature and look back at how childish I was. But right now at 24 I have a greater understanding about responsibility, values, and what it means to be a man (the sacrifice that comes with it) than I ever have before. Feel like Tgis is the age I’m starting to “get it”

Currently 23 and it felt like I was slowly turning that corner until COVID set me back, particularly in terms of discipline

When my parents cut me off from everything and I was on my own financially

23-24 around the same time I started my first real job out of uni

Somewhere around 2nd or 3rd year of college when I left the party scene, left the 420 scene, and just focused on school/work/gym pretty much at all times.

Then got a big boy job after college, and remained studious for a little while knocking out some relevant certifications. But fell back into the party scene for a bit simultaneously. 2020 I didn't study at all, and I probably upped the alcoholism/tobacco, which I've therefore reintroduced 420 to distract and supplement instead. I'm 25, guess I'm still not mature.

What is maturity? Is it obtaining a big boy job and holding onto it indefinitely? Is it realizing materialism/consumerism is so minor in this world compared to relationships and people? Is it dedicating yourself to one woman versus slooting it up? Is it how into the party scene you are? IDK.
