Cardio is pointless for staying lean

You guys are wasting an hour huffing and puffing only to burn 200 calories. Cardio literally won’t make a difference in your physique. Going on a bike ride for 3-4 hours will burn 300 calories MAX! I can eat 9000 calories in 3-4 hours. Today, after lifting and fapping to xnxx for 4 hours I ordered 10k calories worth of McDonalds, Dominos and Panda Express. Making gains as we speak.

Lifting > cardio when it comes to staying lean and ripped year round as lifting will build muscle which burns more calories

My morning jog usually burns 1200 calories. There's no way in the world I'd manage to eat that on top of my maintenance calories.

If you can only burn 200 calories in an hour, then yeah, I agree. But wtf kind of cardio are you doing to only burn 200? If I'm doing cardio, I'm aiming for 5-600 calories in an hour.

1200 calories is pretty easy to eat back. But I doubt you are actually burning 1200 calories in one workout that’s just overload and overtraining

600 hundred is 3x what you indicated in your post. 7 sessions of 500 is a lb of fat. Over time I'd say that's pretty substantial.

1. Cardio is good for your heart and endurance
2. That is good for lifting and fuking
3. Its a great endorphin release

If your cardio is boring find a form of cardio that works for you. I play squash twice a week, ride a bike outdoors near the beach with earphones in once a week, walk while I listen to podcasts or music and swim from time to time with buds in my ears too. When I play golf I walk and carry my bag rather than cart it.

I actually have what any powerlifter physique looks like. That’s what I do. I lift heavy chit rather than spend hours doing cardio to look skinny fat.

Doing more cardio is going to result in a skinny fat physique for lifters. The real disgust is in these twinks going for 50-100 mile bike rides on a daily basis, swimming or even running for miles on end. All that chit will burn your muscles. I simply don’t want to be some petite 185lbs dude who has to wear fitted shirts just to look good

HIIT replenishes the satellite (muscle stem) cell pool around your muscles. This is where repair and growth comes from, these satellite cells. Myostatin limits muscle growth in order to preserve a small amount of these cells so that future growth can happen. If the cells are all depleted, you can't grow more muscle. (well this is debatable actually)

You may lift at high intensity in intervals, but HIIT usually means sprinting in intervals.

Here's an important point: cardio after lifting ruins at least some of the benefit of lifting
Our data indicate that the satellite cell response to resistance exercise is blunted when immediately followed by aerobic exercise, at least in MHC I muscle fibers, and possibly MHC II fibers. This suggests that the physiological environment evoked by aerobic exercise might attenuate the eventual addition of myonuclei important for maximum muscle fiber growth and consequent force-producing capacity.

Fuk legs, fuk cardio. All you need is to lift heavy and take plenty scoops of "Full as Fuk".
EoR is powered by unique Nanomolecular Hyperdispersion Technology. Giving him high bioavailability and myocellular saturation.
