I'm going off the assumption that 7 is good not mediocre and that intelligence is a mix between personality and career. Job only needs to be respectable, like normal white collar job but I cannot deal with dumbasses. I have 0 patience for that. 5/10 sex for me would be all normal positions and regular bjs.
