Any Eastern TN residents here?

Planning a move to the Greeneville / Johnson City area of Tennessee in the next year or so.

Long shot, but anyone nearby?

I’m not from North Dakota originally, so I never really planned on settling down here. There’s a lot of great things about this place (good economy, low crime, etc) but I want to be closer to family now that I’m getting older. Getting away from these brutal winters would be a huge plus as well haha
