Did you know that the 'Vito is a Fanoyk' Storyline was written to punish the Actor?

the guy is a known prick in real life. if any of you are familiar with wrestling, he's like the sopranos version of virgil right now. sets up shop in front of places in jersey and long island and pressures people to pay for sopranos chit that he signed.

anyway, story goes he was running his mouth about storylines to people as they were being filmed or right after(something like this) and david chase was like ok fuk this guy....so he had him blow a construction worker lol.

the actor who plays him, i think its spelled joe gannascoli, claims it was his idea bc he wanted to expand his range or some chit.

None of the Season 6 storylines can be taken seriously.

They just used Vito as a prop to setup more tension between Tony and New York.

Also, David Chase wanted to once again rub in our faces that these are "bad guys".
