Lol if you think 16 inch arms are big

Idk how lifters and people in general think anything less than 18in arms are big. If you have 16 in arms then you’re still at a novice level. That size is small af irl as most guys these days have 18+ in biceps.

If you plan on competing in bodybuilding don’t even think about embarrassing yourself with 16 inches. My biceps usually range from 20-21 inches depending on pump.
