Honestly brah no pain whatsoever right now.... obviously the donor area and transplant area are slightly sore, but on a scale of 1-10 pain-wise, I'm at a '2' right now.



The procedure itself was virtually painless. They injected my head with a bunch of numbing solution, so my head felt like a huge block of cement the entire time.



The surgeon called me today and said I might have some swelling and pain tomorrow, but we'll see.



Got some Vicodin for pain and ****** for sleep (ded fkn Srs)

das it mane! seems like the procedure is really a non issue and the worst part is recovery which seems to still be mild

i have been using topical fin / minox for a month prior to the surgery. you do not have to do this, but it is recommended, as it will prevent or slow the thinning of hair behind the transplant.


i have had slight brain fog with the fin (i think, i can't be sure, it could just be the fact that winters in the northeast tend to get to me, cooped up in apartment a lot can be tough). i told my surgeon about the potential brain fog, and he said to monitor it, and if it persists, we try topical minox minus the fin.


i will likely see 'decent results' in 6-8 months, but the full results / best results will not be apparent until around 12 months (ded fkn Srs)
