I can't judge a lifestyle as long as it doesn't affect others, nor do I think the lives of people who smoke constantly are bad, but their lives are most certainly capped. Unless youre a weed entrepreneur. If that's the case, you have the dumbest client base of all time, so good job there.

Weed should not be legalized recreationally
They can't even properly test for a DWI in legal states
It does impair cognitive ability, anyone that says otherwise is lying

Hated the way I felt the few times I smoked weed. It just made me feel like a fkin slow idiot. Maybe in another area it’s different, but the people are here that smoke weed on a regular basis have nothing going for them

-helps me sleep

-its not addictive, (even though im willing to buy this chit from a random guys apartment in the middle of **** town at 11pm because my dude is out)
and i agree i don't give a chit what people take im completely against drug testing for the majority of positions the average person works but thats a different discussion, I think if you wanna go home after working as a cashier at walmart and eat some shrooms to trip nuts after railing a few lines and calm down by mainlining some morphine thats your decision to make not mine

If you continue to smoke it and only experience the FEELINGS and not follow that to the root cause/thought.. then you are going to continue to experience those feelings every time and you will associate the drug with those feelings and develop a negative association with it.
I love being by myself when I do it. It's great having no distractions or anyone to take care of around so I can fully immerse myself into the experience. If you're going to do it socially, you really need to make sure you are around people who you can easily bring up your feelings to.. if you can't, then they aren't people you should be around when using the 'erbs.. most people can't even be honest with themselves let alone with others, and the idea of telling people "hey, are you guys thinking X about me? Cuz I'm feeling kind of anxious about it at the moment it." is not even an option.
EVERYONE experiences those 'symptoms' when on the devil's lettuce. It's a matter of how you handle it, who you are around, what's been happening in your life recently (or childhood).. it all is apart of the experience. As cooked as it may sound, when I am with people who say "I don't like weed, it makes me feel weird" I know straight up that I can't vibe with them and I have really tried to get to know these people.
When those feelings come up, you really need to just deal with it in the same way you would if you were experiencing anxiety. Breathe deep. Do what you can to center yourself and realize that you are not your feelings - your body simply experiences feelings as a messenger within the body to make you aware of something and it's up to you to decode the message.

Over time, it started to get less enjoyable and more paranoia, until eventually it was just paranoia anytime I touched the stuff. So I quit... But some people get addicted to that paranoid feeling, weirdly, which can damage their mind a lot because they are actively embracing illogical mental states just because it also gets them a bit high, even though it's less fun than it used to be.

I've always said weed isn't harmless. It's relatively safe, like there is no danger of overdose, but even then, there is a condition called hyperemesis that can be brought on by excessive use. Cannabinoid Hyperemesis can be life threatening for people who are sensitive to dehydration (diabetics). Also the psychological effects that people have already mentioned. Not harmless at all.

Legit lol @ CopeCELL's with weed...
When you speak to well-educated psychologists, medical doctors, and the like.... they ALL universally think it does irreversible damage to your personality and psychology.
The only instance where empirical research suggest weed provides medical benefits are in terminal patients, individuals with such extreme physiological issues that normal life is near or next to impossible to navigate without some form of extreme external intervention (in most cases medication will help more than self medicating with pot).... but even in these cases, the marked negative effects of marijuana on executive functioning and psychomotor activity are still prevalent... but glossed over due to the other extreme issues which is basically death or immense death due to the issues the person is facing. Basically "okay... pots cool... if your literally going to DIE". Not encouraging at all.
Cliffs:
Unless you can't function, are dying, or are so sick normal life isn't possible... pot doesn't improve you in any measurable way without also providing negative side effects that are long term/permanent.

Never liked weed. I would smoke sometimes in highschool cause it was fun and silly. Maybe once a month socially. Haven’t in years
I hate when I mention I don’t like weed and people think it’s because of the introspection aspects thinking I can’t handle it. I’m naturally introspective regardless and weed does nothing for me in that regard. My sober mental state is just much more pleasant than being high. Like sober state I’m at a constant 7-8/10 and weed makes me a 5, it’s a nuisance if anything
So many people use it to cope. I wonder what long term effects it has on their brains. I have noticed it makes everything “okay” and that feeling can be addicting to people I guess. For me that “okay” feeling felt very artificial. However food is very enjoyable lol it’s an interesting perspective to eat when high

Honestly do not give a **** if someone smokes week or not, but a lot of defense related, security, government, and heavy machinery tradie jobs can give random piss tests at times that if you fail you are out.
That is a lot to risk for a 100k+ job a year imo.

It's an ok drug.
I smoked in high school and developed psychosis in my early twenties ... is this a side effect of marijuana? sure but I just chalk it up to my personality.
Its the goat drug for youth with little or no responsibilities.
I have a cousin my age that does weed sometimes and she has brought two houses and has a mba.

Basically fuking losers trying to gaslight you because their side of things has zero empirical research to back it. The psychological equivalent OF TALKING LOUDER WHEN THEY KNOW THEY LOST THE ARGUMENT DUE TO NO EVIDENCE. lol

It more than likely binds estrogen receptors in the brain as well. Theoretically that’s why there are so many effiminate men now; all the recreational smoking is making them think like women
