how much do you guys bench?
I don't do normal bench press, have wrist problems but I can do 250 pounds on the incline bench press.
any tips to increasing my incline bench to 315 and beyond?
Also how would I be able to not have wrist problems when benching? whenever I bench over 200lbs my wrists start hurting, but on incline bench I have no problems so do that,
and I can do dumbbell chest press 100lbs for 6-8 reps.

Never tested my max, but I did 225 for 3x5 last week. Probably not impressive by misc standards, but whatever.

The most I ever bench pressed was 460 lbs at 5'7'' 185 lbs, and 405 for 5 reps, but back then I was taking ephedrine. Idek what I bench now, I concentrate more on bodybuilding now, I'd like to think I can bench maybe 350 lbs

Maybe 275 lbs now.
I miss the days of benchmogging everyone when I used to put up 365. Now everything hurts.

Before quarantine, I could bench 205 pounds for about 5 reps. Now I don’t have access to a bench or a gym, so I’m just training with dumbbells.

best bench was 265 3x5 earlier this year when gyms were open. moved it very easily, don't doubt i could've got 300 for a rep or two. i've never tried to max on bench, my goal has always been to rep 315 3x5 comfortably.

For some reason my wrists are perfectly fine with dumbbells so I do dumbbell shoulder pressing and dumbbell bench.
I think incline bench is fine because of the angle of the bar, its not straight on top? it's at a slight angle so the pressure doesn't all go on the wrists.
I got diagnosed by tenosynovitis in my wrists 2 years back.

Got 315 for 5 at the end of my bulk. But I've been cutting and I am down about 21 lbs so I must have lost some strength. Can't really barbell bench because my gym is locked down, but I can get 7 reps of 110 dbs on incline right now. I'm.thinking I should be able to still get 315 for 1 or 2.

At my strongest which was last January, I hit 255 for 5 after working my way up, so my guess would be 285 around that time.
