Americans... I have a question (SRS) (No negs allowed)

What's with wearing shoes indoors?

It seem so strange to me (Canadian).


brb walking around outdoors all day
brb bringing all the filth on your shoes indoors and walking around your house
brb never have the comfort of walking around bare foot because floor is dirty
brb wearing shoes all day and indoors too = sweaty/smelly feet

Have never worn shoes indoors...luckily my parents raised me right. I make everyone who comes over take their shoes off and they lmao...I don’t even care a bunch of dirty fukks if they think they can wear their dirty ass shoes in my house

Everyone I know takes their shoes off at the door. A buddy wears his crocs around the house, but no shoes you wear outside or in a Walmart bathroom.
