seems like a decent build overall, especially for a pandemic/election year.
Did you get your gasblock staked? was the barrel divoted?
With my new build, i am taking it to my gun shop to get the barrel/gasblock staked first.

That's rough. I found 150 round boxes of winchester white box for $89 this week. It's hard to come by

Yeah man. Ordered it 2 days ago. Im doing a clone build for sure, I already have a lower and an a2 stock laying around. Might as well get it started lol.

This has a B5 stock but still

nah man, most of us AR guys run 300BO (i just built a nice AF 300Blackout), basically an AK bullet on an AR platform. Few minor differences and 300bo ammo a bit more $.

-why didnt you go 308 with that glass? at those ranges the 5.56/.223 wont have much stopping power. (Im assuming its a DM style rifle)

you are probably right.. how much damage does a 556 really do in long ranges. would want a 16, 18+ barrel for sure or something in the 30cals as you mentioned.

No can, just the Allen Engineering Brake/collar. Also, thats not my rifle haha I found it on ar15.com as inspiration

Clone correct is a pretty expensive Leupold, I might cheap out a little and go with a less expensive Leupold model though.
