Really well said, and I feel the same about how politics seems to drive a wedge between all of us over things that are completely out of our direct control. It's what stifles meaningful progress and compromise, but worst of all, it often seems that schism is by design as well as being a natural side effect of tribalistic government systems.

I just want what's best for the country, regardless of who gets us there. Whether or not those in charge are the ones to do it or have the intentions at heart is out of our hands, but petty infighting won't help, especially given the current predicament the entire world is facing.

Every case that his defense tries to put through gets dismissed for laches or standing. No judge will rule on the merits of the case. States violated the Constitution and you are completely ok with it because your guy won. That's a slippery slope whenever we decide the Constitution can be disregarded like a cheap where.
