i remember when i was younger, my coom was like ropes of thick white jizz. wud shoot hard and far. only by the 3rd or 4th time fapping wud i start shooting weak nuts.

now i'm 28 and my coom is a weak dribble, almost see through and i never get precum.

taking zinc and lecithin right now and it's improved but still weak compared to before.

wtf happened? i've lost weight and improved my diet since i was younger.
