Just wrong. 9/10 females will find a lean physique more attractive than a chubby one. I'm not saying girls don't ever like heavier guys or that you need a 6 pack to attract one - but for pure aesthetics/head turns - the "wow" factor - a lean physique usually wins.

And if anything this only increases as you get older. Women in their 30s and 40s will swoon over a guy the same age who is fit with a 6 pack because it gets rarer as you get older.

I promise you no 25 year old woman is going to find some guy like Michael Fassbender or Brad Pitt attractive compared to your average 6’4 NFL lineman. Literally all the big guy needs to do is laugh while the ripped dude is probably too starved to carry a conversation. The girl will feel more friendly and safer towards to big guy.

The appeal of abs isnt just the pleasing visual. Its the scarcity of men that arent skinny fat or have beer guts. If you have a six pack with even a bit of muscle you are an anamoly. Every girl ive been with has had skinny fat dudes as boyfriends.

Well true 15% bf is the pinnacle of facial aesthetics. Any lower and most guys look either the same or gaunt. But you’re also supporting my point. A bear mode physique fairs better than 8-10% bf.

Still...it’s better than 8%. The small insignificant gains one makes in their face cutting down to single digits isn’t worth it. And you’ll have to constantly watch your diet just to look slightly more attractive.

If you’re not a 10/10 at 15% bf facially, then it’s pointless to cut further down as you won’t look much different. May as well just stay bulked up as an average guy.

then you'll have some women that prefer men with more lean bods, <10%, some that prefer a slightly bulkier men (10-15%), some that prefer a bulky man 15+

most women aren't in shape, and most women dont want a guy that will make them feel like ****, they might enjoy looking at his body tho but many will prob never admit it

Idk about most but I've met quite a few girls who like big and hairy guys. Not fat but bulky. And these are attractive girls, not average ones who cope by saying they want someone with a "dad bod".
