I'm in the same boat op but I think the main point of nofap is to focus all of that energy into your purpose/passion and as you get results with that then you will get real confidence which girls will pick up on. Basically find something that makes you feel more fulfilled than having secks with a hot girl and go hard on it.

But even if you aren't doing that there still are too many benefits to where I wouldn't want to go back to fap life.
