Hear me out....

A VR video game, where you can customise/upload a photo of people (like your work manager for instance) just to virtually beat the chit out of them. You could even combine it with the office simulation idea.... make your work office so you can trash it.

Cathartic release with no risk of job termination.

I hate my manager, he’s a total prick. I wish I could sock him one without losing my job.

The only problem I can see is that there are an alarming number of divs out there that think Eastenders is a documentary and the characters are real people.
Could lead to a blurring of reality for them and unfortunate incidents.

Why not make it where you hate fuk 'em instead - any confusion would be less damaging and far more entertaining.
