What did brahs get your family for X-Mas?

Alright boyos -- it's many people's favorite time of year; but for better or worse, it's also become a huge commercial holiday. What did you *******s and ****** get your family for Xmas?
(ded fkn Srs)

Mom: This fancy night oil / moisturizer

Dad: LL Bean Wicked Good Slippers & a bottle of scotch

Don't have much of a family left to buy gifts for these days.

Got my mum a plant and a book and got my brother a bagatelle board and some little fun things.

Feelsbadman that I couldn't think of anything better, but hopefully they are happy.

I don't think it's so much the gifts brother, I think it's more the act of thinking of them and making an effort to get them something, and hopefully to spend some time with them.

All my nephews and nieces a card picked to their characteristics with $60 enclosed. My one really not emphatic nephew gets my $500 (and not the $60) stand up paddle board, that he has misused. My eldest nephew from that same line is very emphatic.

My mom and living sister, I will take them out to dinner, I don't really know what to get them

Gift cards for most family members. Everyone seems to hate getting physical gifts; they just want money.

I ordered my gifts several days ago from Amazon, they haven’t turned up, looked on my order and they’ve been declined but I don’t know why and I’ve had no notification of it. Had to buy completely different presents that had next day delivery options. My country is on lockdown otherwise I would’ve went to the shop.

Only my auntie and uncle left in the family so ended up having to buy them a kitchen knife set, bonsai tree for my auntie and a utility pen with a level/tapemeasure/screwdriver in it. Hope they’re happy with it, it’s the only options I had. The knives were expensive as fuk.

A Dyson, cast iron skillets/ normal skillets, clothes, a print of a picture I took of the family puppers, a Sherpa blanket, lots of hand sanitizer and masks.

We decided to not do gifts this year but everyone bought gifts still.

My niece and nephew got chrome book cases, a ski bag to hold my nephew's skis and my niece got some fancy hair straightener. But they're 11 and 13 so they were always getting gifts.

Our fam agreed only to get things for the kids, my nieces got $100 cash a pop ( teens) and my kids got toys and a ps5 for my teen. Other nieces and nephews got clothes, toys and video games. So much easier to buy only for the kids

They are the only ones who can be truly happy anyhow, so that's sensible.

Tfw no kids and live in dying society. Swiping credit cards for the hell of it, gotta buy something

They seemed to like it. It's been a rough year for everyone so it was really nice to get together. They 'banned' xmas gathering in Quebec and I know a lot of people that are just willingly not doing anything for xmas, not seeing their families and staying home alone staring at the wall. That's so sad. There was this slight underlying anxiety with my folks, though. I spent the weekend there. The QC government has effectively encouraged the entire population to snitch on their neighbours if they see any gathering. Imagine how much of a coward you have to be to do something like that.

Wife and I do not exchange gifts. My daughters first Xmas being sentient, so that has been fun.

Give my nieces and nephew a crisp $100 bill and call it a day. They are 11-16. They don't want their uncle picking them out anything.

Wife handles the rest so I have no idea.
