Only I don’t kill myself with hours of useless cardio and weight cutting to look like starved maniacs. One good punch from a man my size will be enough to send a welterweight back and buckle his legs.
Like you said size matters and it matters more than technique, strength and endurance

Skip to about 4-5 minutes if you want the short version.
Just LOL at sumo dude getting his ass floored. Turns out not putting down the fork isn't an effective training method.

Knowing how to generate maximum force using the rest of your body is going to make a bigger difference. I’d rather get punched by a clueless 300lbs powerlifter than a 150lbs trained fighter. You underestimate the value of technique. It’s not the only thing that matters - but believe me, it matters.

You sound like a professional Call of Duty player talks about military combat. The pro fighter has cardio precisely so he doesn't tire within 15 seconds of cardio exertion, and unlike you is able to look around since he doesn't have a gut blocking his field of view.
After a couple punch attempts your arm becomes more sloppy too

It's true though, after the pro knocks you out he might need a crane to haul you off

Fighting weights is not the same as walking weights
155 lbs fighter probably walking weights is 190lbs.
And don't underestimate those MMA fighters
My boxing coach was barely a pro MMA fighter at 3-1 and 175 lbs destroyed me in the ring when I was 200lbs

Caught up to all the comments and you still haven’t taken up my offer of going to an MMA gym and sparring with a little guy lol.
Also don’t know if you watch any combat sports but mark hunt knocked out Stephan Struve and I’m pretty sure Struve was a foot taller than him lol, your “size advantage” don’t mean chit when you go up against someone that actually knows how to fight. I bet you’re the type of guy that when you get hit you cover your face lean down slightly and pull your knee up for some reason thinking it’ll protect you further. You can’t fight. You will get smashed lol.

Look at Mike Tyson vs Kevin McBride
PERFECT example of what I’m trying to tell you guys.
McBride being much less trained than Tyson easily manhandled him like a little rag doll. Mike had no chance against him prime or no prime the size difference is just too much
