The most valuable assets in 2021

No, not money, money is being diluted with constant printing. Not BTC, the gov will start cracking down on it soon. Not stocks, stocks are too volatile.

Not even rental real estate because we're going to see a trend of eviction freezes and tenants can perpetually live off of the landlord for free.... but if anything breaks, the landlord will have to come and fix it.

The most valuable assets in 2021 and beyond are:

* a circle of friends and family you can trust to come to your aid if you're in a jam.
* Good communication skills
* A lean fit body and good health. Now, more than ever, is NOT the time to be a fat fcck
* A good reliable car.

Boyos, if there's one advice I'd like you all to take to heart it's this: reach out to family and friends and mend relationships if possible. Strengthen bonds. Forgive past grievances.

Sadly, for most Americans, the only thing between them and homelessness is 2 paychecks and their family/friends.

2020 was just some gusty winds, the real storm is about make landfall.....

I would rather see the government bail out renters then bail out wall street or any giant corporations that's for sure. The plebs will be up in arms though furious cuz they aren't getting anything.

They don't mind trillion dollar bank bail outs and tax breaks but will absolutely blow a head gasket if their neighbor gets rent forgiven.

It's a tricky situation. I vote republican simply because I oppose the modern left, I'm not really a conservative.

I do have compassion for the renters that can't make rent due to losing their jobs in this scamdemic, but at the same time we're setting a dangerous precedent where the left is encouraging out-of-control entitlement:

Free rent, student loan forgiveness, free cars, Universal Basic Income, on and on and on.... The diligent, productive members of society will be forced to subsidize the laziness of people who take advantage of this situation to freeload.

This only serves to further dilute the dollar and punish people who've been diligently saving.

I also feel for the landlords. Not all of them are evil faceless corporations, most are actually just people who saved up money to buy a rental property so they can have a second source of income. They worked hard to invest in an asset and now they're being denied the ability to evict deadbeats who aren't even TRYING to find a job.....

Keep in mind, if they accept the government's mortgage assistance program due to uncollectible rents there's going to be some strings attached.

Same here including people with mortgages where you are on a lease to own from the bank basically. By bailing them out you are bailing out the banks too preventing a crash on their end. I remember when they bailed out the banks durring the recession. They still allowed the banks to foreclose on people. They did the modified mortgages where the home owner had to still pay it back, but the banks got even more profit. I was one that was behind in my mortgage but they told me that I didn't qualify because I made too much even though I really didn't so I lost my house anyways. They sold my house at auction for a lot less than it was worth 2 days after that 3mo late mark. FannieMay (government) paid off the rest of the balance. The person who bought the house turned around and sold it for a 20% gain.

As I was moving out of my house, I could have made the mortgage payments but I was 3mo behind and they wouldn't accept a penny unless it was paid in full. There was some other BS that wasn't right. My biggest mistake ever was that I didn't get the right documentaton because if I had I could have been in that class action law suit against wells fargo. When people were losing thier homes back then some people were making money hand over fist and that's what they don't talk about.

You still have it?

I'm kinda conflicted: I fear that if I start banging sex dolls that it might cause me to withdraw completely from socially engaging with women, which could have some deleterious long-term effects....

But on the flip side, having a life-like sex doll might prove to be a major asset - I can't catch a disease banging silicone...

I'm still thinking about it, mane.
