cucked a small town and everyone hates me (plz halp) srs

So too keep it short, in my town ive somehow built up a bad reputation. Its been from numerous sloots ive picked up in local bars and some of these sloots have had bf/husbands ( that i didn't know about), and now i've got a reputation as a scumbag.

These sloots have all gangend together on a srs hate campaign against me and the ex has done some fishing, and i cant see my newborn son.

Is there anything i can do about this misc?
