IMO, be educated & aware of all mgtow and red/black pill concepts. And then don't dwell on them or repeatedly watch that content.
Yeah, I realize... I respond to mostly woman/dating and lifting/nutrition type threads in more depth than other threads. But it is because those are the 2 things are my top 2 interests and have been for over a decade. I am trying to expose some unaware young guys to some things, raise the soy test levels to combat the incel threads, and inspire some alpha tribalism. With my knowledge and applied experience, I consider myself an expert, srs.
I don't watch that chit though... that would be toxic. Only simp blue pill low iq incels consume that stuff, who are larping as mgtows as to why they have no success with woman.
So like I said... educate yourself... be aware... but don't dwell on it. Accept it, and adapt.

I'm pretty redpilled, but I don't let it make me hate life. I don't like the fact that genetic traits (i.e. height and face) play such a big role in dating, but it is what it is. The biggest source of strength to me about learning about the ideology is:
1 I don't get my hopes up. I realize that even though I make a lot of money and check pretty much every other box, the fact that I'm not 6'2 with an aesthetic face and blue eyes means I won't be womens' first choice. That doesn't mean I don't try, but I don't get my hopes up that doing all the right things will land me an instagram model. If that lady comes along, she comes along, but I'm not expecting anything
2. Relationships are mostly BS in the modern world. Not everyone is a shallow piece of ****, but women who have value (i.e. looks or at least a decent career and above average looks) have options and all the opportunity to "trade up" when they can, just as I have value and would honestly probably trade up if I weren't married. Therefore, it's better to do my own thing and screen hard for the one who meets my standards and also values me as much as I value her.
The rest of the ideology is just defeatist bull**** for the most part. It's good to know what people generally are like, but it's not good to assume the worst about everybody all the time either.

It's good to be aware of it just to remove any notion that women belong on a pedestal. After that though, it's best to just focus on making yourself happy and just using what you have. Dwelling on those concepts constantly will just make ones own life miserable.

1 I don't get my hopes up. I realize that even though I make a lot of money and check pretty much every other box,the fact that I'm not 6'2 with an aesthetic face and blue eyes means I won't be womens' first choice. That doesn't mean I don't try, but I don't get my hopes up that doing all the right things will land me an instagram model.If that lady comes along, she comes along, but I'm not expecting anything
2. Relationships are mostly BS in the modern world. Not everyone is a shallow piece of ****, but women who have value (i.e. looks or at least a decent career and above average looks) have options and all the opportunity to "trade up" when they can, just as I have value and would honestly probably trade up if I weren't married. Therefore, it's better to do my own thing and screen hard for the one who meets my standards and also values me as much as I value her.
The rest of the ideology is just defeatist bull**** for the most part. It's good to know what people generally are like, but it's not good to assume the worst about everybody all the time either.

And Instagram models are 9's and 10s. They Belong to the game I wouldn't encourage trying to get with 1 in a serious relationship.
But Looks, Money and Game can all be modified by men to be the best version of themselves. If you're a short man, that should be your only problem. The blackpill discourages this
