Healthcare brahs, what's the vaccine situation looking like?

Pleasantly surprised that the vaccine is NOT mandatory at my site at this time. A few of my co-workers have gotten/are getting it, but many are not. What's your situation?

Not mandatory. I've been asked twice and this second time I said I'll get it because I don't particularly care. I find it highly unlikely I haven't already had it asymptomatically but I almost never get sick in the first place, maybe twice in my life.

Mandatory at my facility. The only people I know of who have had side effects to the vaccine is the people who've had Covid. That includes myself. Side effects were onset of body aches approx. 11 hrs post injection and fever of 100.7 1800 the following evening. Woke up Wed am and all side effects were gone.

At a rural community hospital. Not mandatory. Administration had anyone who wanted the vaccine sign up and then staggered shifts in the first week of rollouts. Last I heard something like 90% of physicians had received the vaccine. Only one I know of who didn't already had it.

Nursing vaccinations rate are around 50%, but I also heard one talking about how they weren't going to get the vaccine and one said "-80?? That could damage tissue, your arm parts might freeze!" So there may be a knowledge gap.
