Pain In Right Testicle
for about 3 hours ive had a pain in right ball. Its not when I touch it. its a random jolt of dull pain that comes and leaves. Also noticed my sack is very hot..
looked it up and symptoms matched up with “ epididymitis” which is some possible infection. Sometimes can happen if you had a surgery recently (i had my appendix taken out oct 19. or could be std related. clym or gon. I havent been rawing girls so idk about that
anyone have any idea wat it is?
im already having enough health issues pop up recently..

Get it checked just because the less likely possibilities are pretty bad if you wait. But I've had epididymitis several times and that's the way it feels. Kind of dull and achy. You can get that from different causes, but even lifting heavy can do it (that's how I've gotten it in the past). If it ends up being that . . . ibuprofen and ice packs is what clears it up for me. Takes several days.
But even at that, epididymitis can be from an infection as well, so good idea to get a doc to check it out regardless. You don't want to ignore pain down there.

The pain episodes seemed to have subsided for now. I was feelin the same kind of pain randomly after my surgery but it didnt continue like this morning felt. probably just some random infection. Can maybe get sti tests and doctor checkd tomorrow morn if it continues. Have to sleep and work later tonite.

i had ball infections twice, like an ache in them. some type of non std infection. it just happens on its own. first time i had blood in my semen. second time years later was a lot less severe but after the doc gave me antibiotics it went away.
i was worried it was testicular torsion too but i think that is a more severe pain, this was more dull and achy and went on for days.
the first time, i was wacking it and had blood in my coom but no pain at first then over the next few days they were hurting and swollen and red. it got so bad that walking around hurt because your balls are constantly moving when you walk, you dont normally notice but when they were swollen and infected they hurt just to walk. thats when i went to doctor and he gave me a shot in the ass and some pills and also wanted an std test but stuck two cotton swabs up my urethra, I would PASS on that test because they will give you the antibiotics either way that kill stds or non std infections alike, so you are just paying extra to have your pee hole violated and it hurts like hell.

also its prob not your actual testicle infected but a hydrocele outside the sac or the semen ducting - basically a urinary track infection for the semen tract

Stop consulting misc *******s and get it checked out. srs. I am an OR Nurse, seen too many brahs lose a nut because they ignore pain. Whether its torsion or not, its more than worth seeing an actual doctor about **** like this.

epididymitis is inflmation caused by many things, mostly unkown, responsible for 90% of all testicle vists to GP, I had it from last November to this passing september, bloody unbearable, constant feeling of about 2 hours after taking a toe to the knackers. Cancer or a tumour is just a growth of your cells, your cells don't hurt anywhere else, why should they on your testies.
Get an ultrasound if it helps, but honestly bro, wo't be anything bad

They told me torsion is very very painful, and that's the only one that's a true medical emergency with time sensitivity. If you do ER it, tell the triage nurse it hurts 11/10 or you'll be waiting for 12 hours to be seen

surprised how quick they saw me.
when I said testicle pain they seemed to prioritize me.
scan found nothing, guy felt me and saw nothing strange. Said monitor symptoms and maybe come back if anything.
