The point is hes the largest celebrity in the world and has the largest follower base of any medium and hes trying to subtly using his influence to get people to lift.

ok fair enough i can be overly pessimistic

yeah he is ok and sometimes not politically correct too

it is why i value rogan for the same reasons even though sometimes he says stupid chit, or fence sits, or promotes socialists, because he gives a platform for many ideas which are otherwise banned these days and hes basically the biggest platform out there that will host these people with illegal thoughts

You can tell Pewdiepie is based and constantly trying to navigate youtube in a way where he can still make money without destroying what he's built. He does dumb minecraft stuff most of the time because that's about all he can do without becoming excessively controversial and ticking youtube off. He still subtly tries to point people in a good direction, but he has to lower his level down to youtubes childlike standards.
