Any idea how to fix this broken washing machine?

The drum is sitting all crooked. Reps for good answers or suggestions.

It probably has a broken shock absorber. You can take the back off and visually inspect them.

The shaft is broken , not good . This happened to a guy at work when his kid overloaded his washing machine also .
Took it apart and luckily knew a plumber who ordered the part which only cost him $75

Probly the bearing burnt out and locked up while it was on full spin then broke the drum shaft.

There are 4 hangers that hold up the drum. 2 of them had come undone. Here's a good hanger and a bad hanger. 15 minute job. Remove 6 screws on the back. Remove the top plate to expose the drum assembly. Then just pull the loose hanger through the lid bracket and put the looped end through a plastic retainer. It's my hope that this post can help someone else out.

Some can - replace wax seal on a toilet, replace hot water tank (2x), remove an exterior door and bring in a fridge, add a 220 outlet from the breaker box and wire it for a dryer, replace a fuse panel with a complete breaker panel.

Others can't - reset a modem, program a tv remote, reset a garbage disposer, light a pilot on a hot water tank, unclog a drain that had grease in the p-trap.

It's 6-7 years old. You can see the blue plastic is still on it in the first picture from when we bought it new.

It's 6-7 years old, that means it only has 3.5 years of normal use (based on 50% occupancy). People working in a refinery tend to wash greasy, oily, diesel fuel soaked clothes in them. No way am I going to put a fancy appliance that's going to get that sort of treatment in a house.
