Going to strongly disagree with your definition. The average Republican falls in line far more with what the definition of a commie is. A commie is someone who will blindly support those in power such as the police and military. They love authoritative figures that can dominate others (e.g: Putin).

I support law enforcement because its a higher quality of life to not have to worry about dealing with criminals myself personally and want to lead a peaceful life.

When I say blind, I mean that people will support them almost regardless of the justification. In many states (more so the republican ones) if you dare to criticize the military or police, you'll be treated very hostilely even if you have a good reason. For example, police shoots someone without the person knowing the full backstory? They'll automatically defend them. New war with some random country? Doesn't matter if it's for some Bs reasons, they'll immediately support the troops. I always found it incredibly ironic because the same people will claim that people are sheep for listening to the government, but then immediately fall for any sort of propoganda and love to protect authoritative people in positions of power.

Nope, I've noticed on the misc hard core republicans will refer to Putin as alpha for doing what he wants to do even if it's some fuked up ****. They will also never manage to come up with a well reasoned argument and will just insult anyone who doesn't agree with their political views.

I'm only commenting on your "insecurities" statement: Since coming onto this site, I can agree with you on this. Maybe many people DO start exercising because they were overweight or underweight. But that's just not true about everyone! I feel that it's almost irresponsible to make a large blanket statement like this. Many people are just naturally athletic and they love (and need) to be more physically active. They're naturally strong and they love building on it. It's really simple. It really is.
Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.
