I'm watching mostly fintech and green energy spacs. Hopefully getting in early enough to keep the gain train rolling. If not, insolvency can't be that bad.

I am waiting for ROBLOX ipo.

Hype is gonna be real. Only thing that will suck if it does ABNB/DASH etc run up before its available to rest of us.

I will patiently wait for option than.

Just don't exceed your personal risk tolerance. I suggest not leveraging in heavier than 50:1.

Guise, who from the Big Tech companies would you say are the least woke?

Apple and Microsoft seem quietly go about their business, having enough 'wokeness' to satisfy the SJW's but without being over the top about things. I like how Apple PIITB ******** with the privacy enhancements too.
Google and ******** are anti-American and want to implement communism, they push woke agendas at every opportunity.
Amazon I'm unsure?

Google and ******** stand out as better value as growth stocks currently - but will being woke be their downfall? or will not being woke be the downfall of others?

Awwww yisss got my fidelity 401k checks to roll over into TDA IRA last night. Hopefully they will cellar by Monday so I can start trading in a tax deferred account too!

Edit:

Plays I’m considering with IRA account (I have 70k to work with, no margin)
CSP on TSLA
CSP on RKT
CSP on PLTR

Part of me thinks maybe I should go ultra boring and go all etf but I want tot ale advantage of the tax deferred ability

Anyone still really like BFI as a potential big growth pick for quick/casual? Valuation seems pretty good now @$13.50 ish and warrants are $2.20

Market cap about 240 million compared to DnB at 1.4 billion.

I'd probably buy a bunch of warrants again if they get down under $2 again

EDIT: nevermind- just looked back- there is an equal number of warrants as there are shares. hella dilution waiting out there.

You would think.

Billionaires would be off limits.

Since most of the billionaires that China produces tow the heavy line of CCP.

MITI slowly climbing up to the .028ish area. Chart is looking great.

Their first round of $15 M in preferred share financing is scheduled to go through right after the New Year. I can't imagine they went ahead with the build out of the first telemed clinic like they are without knowing the money will be there.

First telemed clinic build out is looking great. Remember this management team did the same 12 years ago and sold their line of health clinics to CVS for $hundreds of millions. They have a track record.

Looks like it will be ready by maybe the end of Jan? If they can prove that they can build them around the USA as planned, align themselves with a company like Lennar and build in high end apartment buildings and housing complexes in wealthy areas of cities, and if they can be a telemed company to be reckoned with?

This is a mutli dollar stock.

Easily.

Opti- why invest in this company-

info pulled from their 10-k which they were like 3 months late filing:
We Have a History of Significant Losses, and If We Do Not Achieve and Sustain Profitability, Our Financial Condition Could Suffer

We have experienced significant net losses, and we expect to continue to incur losses for the foreseeable future. We incurred net losses of approximately $3,885,262 and approximately $1,415,153 for the years ended December 31, 2019 and 2018, respectively, and as of December 31, 2019, our accumulated deficit was approximately $11,576,574.
Asset:
We rent an office in Denver, Colorado on a month-to-month basis. Our base rent is approximately $75 per month, varying based on the hours of secretarial services, conference room rental or other miscellaneous fees incurred
Owe this when they got sued:
National Council for Science and the Environment, Inc. v. Trunity Holdings, Inc., Case No. 2015 CA 009726 B, Superior Court for the District of Columbia, Civil Division.

This action was filed on December 16, 2015 by the National Council for Science and the Environment, Inc. (“NCSE”) in the state court in the District of Columbia against Trunity Holdings, Inc. (“Trunity”) and alleges claims for breach of contract. Acknowledgement of indebtedness and settlement agreement and quantum merit arising out of an agreement entered into between NCSE and Trunity in 2014. The complaint seeks damages in the amount of $177,270, inclusive of attorney’s fees, costs and accrued interest, continuing interest in the amount of 12% per annum and attorney’s fees and costs of collection relating to the case. The Company, in its answer dated January 27, 2016, denied the material allegations made by NCSE, asserted a number of affirmative defenses and filed a counterclaim alleging claims for fraud, negligent misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and unjust enrichment. In its counterclaim, the Company sought actual and compensatory damages against NCSE that it believes exceed the amount sought by NCSE on its claims, pre-judgment interest, punitive damages and all costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, incurred by the Company in bringing its claims against NCSE.
On September 23, 2016, the Company settled this obligation with an agreement to pay $48,500 to NCSE if paid by November 4, 2016, and $75,000 if paid later. The Company has not paid the amounts as of the date of this filing and has recorded the obligation at $75,000
Carlton Fields Jorden Burt, P.A.

This action was filed on May 18, 2017 by a law firm that represented the Company prior to the spin-out of the educational software business in 2016 with the intent of collection past due invoices in the aggregate amount of $241,828. The Company believes it has defenses against any such action. The Company has recorded a liability in the amount of $266,319 on its balance sheet at December 31, 2019.
Diluted shares from 2019
During the year ended December 31, 2019, the Company issued the following shares of common stock: the Company issued

6,975,000 shares of common stock to employees for services, subject to vesting requirements; the amount of $212,187 was vested and charged to operations during the year ended December 31, 2019. The Company also issued 300,000 shares of common stock with a fair value of $22,005 for services; 38,179,083 shares for the conversion of notes payable and accrued interest with a fair value of $788,937; 1,401,224 shares for the settlement of a legal dispute with a fair value of $101,028; and 3,514,900 shares for the cashless exercise of warrants.
There are 500 million shares currently of which 80 million are outstanding.

Their total revenue for 2019 was $3,500. Three thousand five hundred dollars.
Operating expenses were 1.4 million dollars. LMAO

has $85,000 in the bank. Owe 2.4 million. what.

its worth nothing. not even 0.02

EDIT:

fuking crooks LOL
On May 4, 2020, the Company received a loan in the amount of $460,406 from the United States Small Business Administration under the Payroll Protection Program. Subsequent to June 30, 2020, the Company determined that errors had been made in the application submitted to obtain this loan. On July 21, 2020, Bank of America notified the Company in writing that it should not have received $440,000 of the loan proceeds, representing an amount for the refinancing of an Economic Injury Disaster Loan; the Company never applied for and never received an Economic Injury Disaster Loan. Bank of America has required that the Company remit such funds back to Bank of America. The Company is currently attempting to negotiate repayment of the loan. If we are not successful in negotiating repayment terms, it could have a material adverse effect on our financial condition.
